Scope of Work: Raynor was tasked with the construction of the Field House and Clock Tower. This project was a new two-story CMU and structural steel facility that includes a basketball gym, locker rooms, multi-purpose rooms, and athletic offices. It also included a 36-foot tall CMU clock tower structure and 380 feet of wood-framed connector walkways. The Clock Tower and walkways included stucco on metal lath with STO finish at the walkway soffits and ceilings. In addition, installation of 72 ea. fiberglass covers were added to the columns. Materials included; stucco on CMU with STO finish/EIFS brackets and banding/structural framing/light gauge metal trusses and decking. The Field house portion of the project included structural metal framing and sheathing/light gauge metal trusses and decking/interior framing and drywall systems/stucco with STO finish/EIFS shapes/Fiberglass column covers. Framing and drywall materials on the project were provided by Kobrin Building Supply of Tampa FL, including the STO EIFS finish. The light gauge metal trusses were provided by Crown Structures of Jacksonville, FL. The column covers were provided by GRG Technologies of Malvern, PA.
