Raynor is a specialty commercial contractor that focuses on interior and exterior wall and ceiling finishes. Our dedicated team of professionals specializes in three main categories of work: Framing & Drywall, EIFS & Specialty Finishes, and Stucco & Stone.

Framing & Dry Wall

We have been working with drywall for decades, but what sets The Raynor Co. Group apart from other drywall contractors is our immense attention to detail and our ability to recreate historically accurate renovations using newer materials. We also specialize in plaster repair for historical remodeling.

EIFS & Specialty Finish

Exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS) is an exterior wall cladding system that provides exterior walls with an insulated finished surface and waterproofing in an integrated composite material system.

EIFS should be installed by an experienced licensed contractor to prevent moisture buildup. We have experience installing, and repairing EIFS in many different applications.

Stucco & Stone

Stucco is a popular exterior finish for residential and commercial applications. We specialize in cut-brick stucco and stucco finishes, as well as stucco repair.

USF St. Petersburg College of Business

Raynor was tasked with the interior and exterior framing, drywall, insulation, stucco, and the installation of natural Dominican coral stone. This project consisted of a four-story building with a total square footage of 68,000. The facility encompasses over 20 classrooms, an outdoor study space, cafe, and an auditorium capable of seating 200 students.

Sparkman Wharf

Raynor Company Group was employed with the task of remodeling the former Channelside Bay Plaza from its previous design and purpose of movie theaters and retail complex to a new modern facility of Class A office space, restaurants, and retail shops. Our scope of work began in March of 2019 and completed on April 30th 2020.

St. Petersburg College Building

UT Fitness Center

Completed in 2015, Raynor was tasked with the interior drywall, exterior stucco, DEFS ceilings, and waterproofing on this project.

St. Stephens

Scope of Work: Raynor was tasked with the interior drywall, exterior EIFS/stucco, waterproofing, Fypon, and acoustical ceilings on this project.

Ruth Eckerd Half Expansion

Raynor work on both the interior and exterior of the Ruth Eckerd expansion. Scope of work included exterior fame walls & ceilings with stucco & EIFS finish and interior framing & Drywall on walls, ceilings, and soffits.

St. Petersburg College

Westminister Shores

St Jude

Raynor was tasked with recreating gypsum plaster ceilings, coved soffits, and cornice details to duplicate the existing cathedral ceiling from 60 years ago. The plaster dome ceiling and soffits were recreated with metal framing. drywall, and gypsum plaster to provide a more open feel for the new design.
