Commanding nearly 60,000 total interior and exterior square feet, this innovative new retail concept and lifestyle experience features artistic abstractions and never-before-seen collections of luxury home furnishings in a gallery setting, including significant presentations of RH’s latest businesses, RH Modern and RH TEEN.

Raynor Scope of Work: Raynor Company Group was tasked with the interior drywall, exterior framing, and exterior EIFS of this project. Building features include drift joints that allow for horizontal and vertical movement of the studs, which is unusual to Florida. Raynor used Lotusan EIFS finish which is designed to completely resist water from the exterior cladding. Level 5 drywall finish and ceilings were used throughout with 60 recessed finished access panels and over 200 recessed lights. There is also a 3-story feature staircase where Raynor positioned 34 high-end mirrors. Raynor completed approximately 70% of the work on this project including exterior and interior framing, sheathing, and EIFS system.
